The Last Post for this year
Ive been doing some thinking today about this year, as 2005 dies, i couldnt help but compile as many memories as i could into this post, memories that i will take with me till the day i die. Its been a hard year for alot of us, but no matter how difficult it was, there are always still good times...
2005
~* we (No Idea) recorded our first 3 songs: Goodbye (me and mikki), I dont know (Eric&Alana ) and September (Alana, me, Eric and Mikki) Sometime in January, i forgot the exact date... ^^
~* I (and of course everyone in my batch) had my first High school recollection on January 24
~* As much as i disliked it, I must include the formal dinner, wherein i played as Ariel, with Alana singing it for me since my voice was too "airy" for the song...February 11
~*We had a party in our house... i didnt know the juice was spiked so i got drunk... not tipsy, hyper kind of drunk, the sleepy dizzy kind~ on February 25 =P
~*We had our 1st High school cookout, we ended up playing agawan base with the teachers! bwahaha! March 4
~*I went back to Trumpets Playshop for the summer where I met a bunch of new people, including Cass & Micah =) Even though the play (and the solo i got) sucked, i had fun with the people ^^ that was late march to early June
~*I had the sleepover in my house with Cristy, Chua, Minji P, and nour. (Miera was tamad to go so until today we call her Tamad or Panira and Nikki wasnt allowed ) on April 7
~*No Idea recorded again on May 9, the songs Whats going on? (group song), A whole new world(mikki and pammu), At the beginning (me and alana) and All i ask of you (me and eric) but for me all i ask of you was a disaster cuz i couldnt reach the notes! grrr!
~*No Idea had a road trip the next day to tagaytay, where we slept over and filmed the cheesy telenovela By The Door. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! it was so super fun
~*We went all the way to Lucban, Quezon to see the Pahiyas festival with Mikki and Ticky. I still have the origami birds and the colored rice thingy in my room! And we were hyper all the way there and back, we decorated mikki while he was asleep and did that stupid word play thing hahaha! That was on May 15
~*We went to Baguio with our family, it was so fun, i spent most of my time shopping there! i even managed to buy a small rose cactus for only P10!! it was so crazy~ May 20-22
~*We had our trumpets showcase on June 4, the theme was "Broadway Kids". Sorry but it was incredibly stupid, it wasnt even a play! it was more like a recital~ and i wanted to be in Matchmaker but nooooooooo =P oh well, im trying repertory this summer~
~*We had our cast outing on June 11, not too many people were able to go, it was just me, alana, micah, pam, ken, and aileen and we made so much noise in Powerbooks with the Kokology thing ^^
~*On June 15, i had 2 parties to attend: The acquaintance party and the bday party of micah in red box. I went to both but spent more time in red box, i ditched the acquaintance party after our performance. hehehe
~*I joined the swap meet yet again selling little bottles of colored salt which i made, i think i made about P400! ka-ching! August 30
~* I turned 14 on the 14th, a once in a lifetime kind of birthday, [get it?] =)
~*I went to EK with the trumpets gang on the eve of Halloween, and it was really fun, i havent gone there in about 6 or 7 years so i finally got to ride the big rides! yeah!! ^^It was really one of the highlights of this year~ thanks micah!!
~*Of course, we had our Intrams in school, and got better results than i expected! 2nd place! ^^ i joined cheering, badminton, and for the 1st time, volleyball... This years intrams was definitely much better than last year; november 24 and 25
~*the 1st and probably only field trip of our sophomore year, where they bored us to death in national museum and let us run around the church of st augustine on December 15
~* And we had the gimmick on dec 16 to Glorietta (this font is weird, the capital g and c look the same...) with almost eveyone, we would have ben complete if nikki came, oh well...
~*And Last but not least, the final days of 2005that made me reflect on all of this.

On holiday~
aaaaahhhhhhh.. . i love christmas vacation~ its so nice and i dont have to wake up early or go to school...
heres whats been happening lately...
A Christmas Carol
Me and alana watched the play of cass, pam, aileen, cris and the other woodrose gals. It was soooo cute!! Aileen was the wife of the Cratchet dude [is that the right spelling?!] played well, cute! Cass was the Ghost of Christmas Present, a role that suited her very well, hahaha!! Cris was the gost of Christmas Future, so cool! i wanna be try that role!!! ^^ Pam had multiple roles, thus multiple costume changes, one of which was the girlfiend of the young scrooge hehehehe ^^
nice job guys! it was so cute!!!!!!!!!!!! ^^

my blog broke down a few days ago, and messed up the blogskin so i had to do it all over again~ grrr...
hopefully this stupid idiotic cursed website never does it again...
And I STILL havent found a nice blogskin, theyre all so cheesy lately!! ITS SO ANNOYING!!! im so sick of this skin! WAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im resting up at home before they all begin, the christmas parties!! woohoo!!! i cant wait, i havent seen my family in quite a while, and also Chris, Pat, and Denise are here!! they come every Christmas so i dont see them too often, but when we do we get really HYPER hahaha~

Christmas Party and gimmick in Glorietta!
It was ok, the Christmas party in school was really boring, we didnt really do anything~[besides eating and talking] some of the others went to te 2B classroom [it sounded like they had more fun] but it was also fun with those of us who stayed in the classroom cuz we chatted with mrs victa about the people who werent in the room with us! laughtrip! ^^ After that me, minji, christine bea and the other choir members went to the music room for the choir party, which was alot funner than ourclassroom party we played really cute games~ ^^

It was really traffic going there, we rode in mieras car and we stopped by her house [her house is so nice!] and there was even this big portrait of the cute baby miera! =P bwahaha! anyway i eventually got bored in the car so i took pics!....
this was still in school, doesnt it look like miera going to heavien!? theres even the cross thingy there bwahahaha!!!
this was already on the way... thats miera covering her face =P
anyway, we met up with chua in the cinemas, we were supposed to watch a movie but there was no more time... so we went to find a place to take pics... the pic im posting here isnt so clear cuz its not scanned, i just took a picture of the picture [get it??]

The mall was so crowded!!!!! at one point when we were following our tour guides [miera and cristy] we couldnt find them anymore so me chua and minji p went to the food court while nour, minji b , cristy and miera went shopping

We also spent alot fo time in timezone, it was so funny to watchcristy, miera and minji b play that spot the difference game, they were even screaming! HAHA!!
Then we ate dinner in Jipan, i ordered californa maki [yum!!] bwahahahaha!!! it was good!
when i finished, me and chua started bugging minji (just like old times...*sigh*) and we tried to put wasabe in her chicken and miso soup in her sauce =)) so funny~ then chua and cristy went to pick up the pics and drop off chua... me and minji p didnt get to say goodbye properly so we tried to follow them and since both of us are alabang people and we dont know anything about glorietta, WE GOT LOST!!! WAHAHAHA!!!! we kept going around in circles!!

hahaha... we went to intramuros... national museum (for the 3rd yr in a row =/) and st augustin church. As i predicted the museum was a huge snore, we were laoughing at one of the guides because he had a funny accent so he would talk like this:

wheeeeeeeeeeee........
yay! today was the last day of regular classes for this year! tomorrow's our field trip to intramuros (again... O_o) im actually really sick of the place, since weve been going there for 3 years in a row now, but who knows, hopefully national museum is closed so we end up going somewhere more interesting =P [asa pa... thatll NEVER happen... -_-] im tamad to blog right now... a while ago, i already typed this post but just as i was about to post it my STUPID STUPID STUPID computer HUNG!!! so now im here typing it all over again...be warned this post may not have the same quality as the original post....
anyway, we had our 2nd kris kringle today, the theme was 'something hairy' so i got miera a fluffy pink cellphone accessory thing~ but i found out that minji p is giving the exact same thing to the people in our group! aahh!! oops [sorry minji!!! ]
earlier today, we were made to watch this movie thingy about christmas, me and cristy were in teh front row so we could lie down... but just as we were falling asleep, the tv got unplugged and it was already time to go for lunch... . *special thanks to nour for being our pillow! hahaha....*

during fil time, bea f. hid in the huge gift factory bag, as a "gift" for ms guieb, she was gonna follow her around and stuff, basta,it was so funny... me and cristy (i was sitting beside her then) couldnt stop laughing~
Our group made 'bunutan to see who will sit beside who in the bus since we couldnt really decide... heres how it went:
Me---> Minji P. Cristy---> Nour Miera---> Minji B. Nikki in the middle! ^^

Immigrations 2: Return to the Hellhouse
haaaaayyyyyyyy....i was absent again yesterday cuz i had to go back to immigrations... i HATE that place!! it was more or less the same as last itme (see previous post..."Immigrations")
they were like this:
employee1: ok, take these forms to the 3rd floor for typing and come back here when its done... *on the 3rd floor* employee2: ay, sorry your papers arent here yet, fill up this form and go to window 25 in the main building.... *in the main building* employee 3 @ window 25: your papers arent here, i already sent them to the other building... employee4: ok, here are your papers, now go to the GMA window, and have your picture taken....
itjust went on and on...... -_- thank God its done! i dont have to go back there for a few more years...

Immigration....
what a loooooooonnnggg day~ I didnt go to school today cuz we had to go to the bureau of immigrations~ it wasnt pretty:
the place was a mess! i cant even describe it... you have to see it to understand When we got there, we had to go to a counter who told us to go upstairs to some girl
---on the 3rd floor We got to the 3rd floor and the employees were lounging around, playing computer games [CS and some weird popoito game....etc] ... we eventually foudn the girls desk, but she wasnt thre... so we waited...and waited....and waited....... then she finally came, so we gave her our papers then she said ay, i have to type this pa, come back in 1 hour. we all got really annoyed cuz it was already supposed to be ready by then and this was the 4th day my dad had to go back and forth from this place, then there was this guy who gave us our papers, he saw the name Barretto and he said related ba kayo kay grechen? riiiiiighhhhhhhhttt....
so we had no choice but to cross the road in the rain and walk through all the puddles and stuff, to starbucks. by the time we got there my shoes and hems of my pants were soaked.
i eventually got bored and started taking pictures.... (scroll to bottom of post for pics...) After about an hour the girl at the desk tried to charge us for some that we already paid for and she was the one that was mad pa! tss.... then we went to this fingerprint place, by the time we finished my fingers were all black!.... there was even this one guy we saw on our way out who said You treat us like shit here!!! i agreed with him, the service was REALLY bad...
well.... thats all... we ent home and now im here! ... bye~
It was the food fair!! yay~ For the 2nd year in a row, our section was Ice Cream and Shakes. [though we didnt sell any ice cream..] I was a seller in the afternoon and it was soooooooo chaotic!!!! most of the people who bought from us were kids and it was so hard for me cuz
a. Alot of them were so short cuz they were in gr 1, etc... so i had to bend down to hear them b.We would write their names on the cups so that their orders dont get confused with others but since i could hardly hear any of them and some of their names were so complicated and they would even complain if i misspelled their names!!! c. some wouldnt even talk! example:
me: next!... whats your order? kid: mmmnmmmnmnnnte... me: what?? kid: muuummmulate me: what? chocolate? kid: *nods head* me: ok, your name for the cup please? kid: mmmmunnela me: what????
But i guess it was ok, very messy, but ok.... at the end of the day, the floor was wet (because of the melted ice), it was muddy (because of the soil near our stall that mixed with the melted ice), the trash can and tables were full of cups (unclaimed drinks) and our menu kept falling and eventually fell into the puddle of mud and became all yucky....
i forgot to bring my phone so i dont have any pics to put here... =( i finally installed the USB thingy so i can transfer pics form my phone to the comp without having to email the pic~yay
for a while it was like working in a cheaper, messier, version of starbucks that had a staff of 13 and 14 yr olds.... i will use miera for this example: "Mango shake for miera!! mango shake for miera!!
but when they wouldnt comp to claim their drinks, it wouldnt look very professional, but was so funny: MIERA!!! MIERA!!!! MIERA!!! MIEEEERRRAAAAAAA!!!!!!! bwahahahah!!! i think we made about P10,000 or somethink like that... PSS must be rolling in the money: we pay them our tuition, then they use us to make even more money for them! =P but it was fun as a whole, i just hope that next year we get a different stall~ ^^

Christmas Shopping...
AAHHHH!!!! im getting so dizzy with all the gifts to buy... I almost finished today~ but i have to buy the gifts of the trumpets dudes~ i know na what to get them but i need to earn some money first~ im so poor na!!! all my money flew out of my wallet at the bazaar in cuenca park! there were like 400+ stores and all the stuff was so cute!!!!! waaaahhhhh... after going to the bazaar i ended up in town and walked around, bought alanas xmas gift in tower~
then we went home, im alone here with alana cuz my parents are at a wedding~ so im here...wrapping my xmas gifts to people.... *sigh* so boreeeeeeddddddd.....
