Date / Time : Friday, November 25, 2005 / 2:50 AM Intraaaaaammmsssss!!!YAY!!!!!!! its done! i got home just now... GO TIGERS!!! weeks of practice and perfection of skills and techinique all came up to these 2 days of the championships: CheeringOur routine went ok, our costumes came out really cute and really hot (literally) since it was long-sleeved... the stunts were done well and our dances were all sabay sabay except for one part in the clap cheer but they said it wasnt obvious~ ^^ ~*special thanks to Ate Joline (is that the right spelling?) our choreographer for making our dance, bea d. and danni for providing us with a place to practice other than school and for the miscellaneous stuff and to eyze for making our pompoms ^^ ...*~ now i can say the order of our dance and what we called them: 1. 1st dance, parapaparapara dance, mcdo dance, im gonna catch you 2. catch us if you can, "jumpy" dance (only for the 1st few sessions) 3. sesame street!!! 4. split thing, lets do it 5. clap cheer 6..tambourine dance 7. get right 8.. last dance, over and over wheeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! there was even this problem 2 days before the day of the competition about the stunts and alot of us cried cuz we thought our stunts were gonna be removed! aaah! but it ended up ok and we kept our stunts wow, when we were performing in front of the judges we were all todo kikay, flirty charming!! every now and then i could hear "smile!! smile!! and at the end of the dance we were all so sweaty- which meant that we gave our best in dancing (and that the outfits were really hot) heeheehee~ SportsWe got into the finals of volleyball, badminton and table tennis. VOLLEYBALL: 2nd yr vs 1st yr well, i know this sounds really sore loser-ish but we were all so distracted by the DRUMS!!!! GGGRRRR!!! i dunno who it was but SOMEONE kept drumming on that forsaken snare whenever we were serving! nervous team+people drumming on the stupid snare= lowered concentration =P oh well, whats done is done.... the 1st yrs won! BADMINTON 2nd yr vs 3rd yr yet again, i ended up against ate pam (not 'no idea' pam, i mean OB pam...) so it was a given that i lost... Lei ended up against ate dewa and won so there was a tie breaker between lei and ate pam... but we didnt make it, but it was a really close game betweent he 2 of them... I didnt get to see what happened in table tennis cuz it was held during my game with ate pam... awww... =( And the winner is....Basketball: Blue bears (4th yr) Volleyball: *1st place- Green Hornets (1st yr) *2nd place- yellow tigers (us!) Badminton: *1st place- Red Bulldogs (3rd yr) *2nd place- Yellow Tigers Chess: Blue Bears Table tennis: mens- Hornets womens- Bulldogs Cheering: 1st place- Bulldogs 2nd place- Tigers Overall: 1st- Bulldogs 2nd-Tigers! Date / Time : Sunday, November 20, 2005 / 7:05 PM a very busy week~thats exactly why i couldnt blog lately, also because i dont have internet, i keep forgetting to buy.. anyway, heres the latest stuff: Intrams~*Volleyball*~ Were in the finals for both mens and womens division!!! WOOHOO!!!!! Its so exciting! For the womens div. we beat the 3rd and 4th yr but strangely we were defeated by the 1st yrs!! ack! well, at least were in the finals! As for the mens they beat the 1st and 4th yr but were defeated by the 3rd yrs. We were all in the mens div so im so paos na... We also screamed alot in basketball, we have yet to win a game~ i think our next game is already in the finals on th 24th or 25th... ~*badminton*~ aahh!!! im getting kinda anxious cuz tomorrows the last elimination game for our team and if we win against the 1st yrs were in the finals! the 1st game was against the 3rd yr: me vs ate anna and lei vs ate pam. I won and lei didnt (ate pam was really good!) so we had a tie breaker but i lost, *awww* but we both won against the 4th yrs. yay! ~*cheering*~ Were finishing off and polishing our dances and its so cute~ were working mostly on the stunts now... we just had prac yesterday~ the competition is on the 24th so we have less than a week to practice but im sure we can handle it~ CONSTANTINE!!!!!Yes, i watched hime perform in town. Hes so good!!! i died when he sang bohemian rhapsody. I asked pam (carmelita) to send me the pic since the pics on my phone arent very clear... At the finale, he threw flowers at the audience and i managed to get a petal and half a stem thanks to cass and pam! it was so cool, he rocks!! *screams* harry potter!AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the theater was so packed with people we had to split up to be able to sit down. Unfortunately, i got the worst seat: the guy beside me was extremely hyper so he was bouncing in his seat, banging his head on the chair clapping, laughing in the most dramatic parts and REPEATING ALL THE LINES!!! grr,... there was also this annoying kid on my left side: Mommy look o! da fiiiiiiiisssssshhh!!! mommy yan ba si harry potter???? mommy look o! Date / Time : Friday, November 11, 2005 / 4:34 AM hhhaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy...whatta week! this was the 1st week of the 3rd quarter but it was all mostly prac for the intrams, woohoo! I joined 3 ativities, cheering, volleyball and badminton CheeringObviously, i cant say too much about our dance yet, *duh* but were polishing the stuff we know and the bulk of the dance is already done Most of the time i spent in pracs was for cheering so we can become synchronized and practice our expressions and stuff... the pressure of the approaching intrams is coming down hard! some of our teammates cried (but some were because they got hit by the usual volleyball or basketball =P) so we settled everything in the classroom etc~ VolleyballThis is my first year of playing volleyball for the intrams so im kinda nervous yet excited .. Our first elimination game is against the 3rd year then the 4th then the 1st yrs... we just had practice i got home about an hour ago~ We played boys vs girls, the boys won this time *awww* =P still have to work on service though, every now and then it goes too high~ T_T i hope we make it this time! ^^ Badmintonwell, this is my 4th year of playing badminton for the intrams, the other 2 players for girls division are carla t and elgimaine *i think* ive always played singles but i think im in doubles this year.. not sure yet though.. i hope we win... Date / Time : Wednesday, November 02, 2005 / 9:02 PM EK!!!!!!!!!!wow it was so FUN!!!!!!!!!!! micah treated us to EK and it rocked!!! ...In town...We all met in starbucks in town and we hung out and chatted and stuff... When alana and I got there, we found micah, then mikki, then aileen, then cass, then cel, then ticky, then ken and we met annabelle in EK na~ It was so funny cuz in starbucks there was this couple sitting in the table next to ours and we were super noisy. so they were making parinig "ang ingay dito! doon nga tayo sa ibang table!" wahahahaha!!! but of course, transferring tables didnt really help them cuz we were so noisy that they could STILL hear us! Anyway,we eventually left and chatted all the way there... In the car...we all rode in micahs car and we were playing the abc game... The topic was porn movie titles hahaha!!! But we (me cass and mikki) who were in the very back seats just sat back and watched (and ate cassies belgian fries! ^^) we also kept teasing micah cuz she has a crush on JayR (is that the spelling? basta, its the sun cellular guy!!) and we were calling him PALAKA (he looks like one!)and that he was 2-timing with piolo pascual (who is supposedly gay) BWAHAHAHA!!! we kept getting lost but we eventually got there ;P ...In EK...YAY!!!! when we got there i was so excited cuz i havent been in EK since i was about 7! so its been 7+ years since i went to ek! [yes, its true, its just that i havent really had the time or money to go there!] The place was decorated with a halloween theme since it was the eve of hallloween... There were giant spiders all over the place and there were people walking around in freaky costumes... So we entered the park and we went straight to flying fiesta~ It was my first time to ride it since last time i was too short to ride (i was a short 7-yr-old! its not my fault!) it wasnt as fast as i thought it was~ but it still felt nice.. hehehe~ *On the flying fiesta:* Me: wheeeeeeeeeeeee...... ken:whoohoo!!!! alana: hahaha!!! micah: AYAW KO NA!!!! STOP NA!!!! bwahahahahaha~ After the flying fiesta, we went to anchors away but i didnt wanna ride so i hung out on the ground with aileen, micah and annabelle~~ Then when the others went to the roller skater thingy but me, ken and cass sat down somewhere and ate siopao ... we were discussing pointless ideas by making them sound intellectual by using the words therefore, nevertheless, ergo, visavie, etc hehe.... when they got off the ride, alana called me, Alana:Where are you??? me: Where here in the siopao place Alana: where? me: Beside the balloon ride! *At that moment i saw them walking by where we were sitting and they didnt see us so me ken and cass were dying of laughter* So we just waited for them to find us...eventually they did...... After they got off the roller skater, we went to ride the rio grande rapids: We waited in line for a llllllllllooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggg time and when it was finally our turn, we didnt all fit in one boat thingy so cel ken and annabelle went in the next boat thingy so in our boat was me beside ticky beside micah, beside mikki, beside cass, beside aileen beside alana who was beside and empty seat =P It was so funny, luckily i didnt get too wet except for my pants since the seat was all wet... the really unfortunate ones were ticky, mikki and micah! They were the ones who kept getting wet heeheehee Me: WAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! AAAHHHHHHH!!!! Ticky: WAAH! IM ALL WET NA!!! Micah: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! Mikki: FUCK! FUUUUUCK!!! SHHHHYYYYYYYETTTTTTT!!!!!! Cass: AAHH!......AAHH!...... *scream varied with each splash* =P Aileen& Alana: AAAHHHHHHHH!! *hahahahaha* AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! I think aileens sandal even fell of the boat, luckily ticky caught it, but im not sure if it fell of the boat or just came off and floated around our boat.... ^^ WAHAHAHAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were all wet after the ride so we decided to go back to the flying fiesta to "dry off" After flying fiesta we went straight to the space shuttle *shudder* *IN LINE* We were already on the platform to board the ride but micah chickened out at the last minute and slipped under the rail and ran for it! and she did that twice! ^^" *ON THE RIDE* I was sitting next to mikki...It was ok the first round but going the entire thing backwards was the part that i hated... X_x it was so fast i could only hear the wind in my ears and me and mikki screaming so i dont really remember the reactions of the others~ I felt so sick after that but i recovered...we ate dinner in the buffet place (we all hated the asparagus soup =P) but the food was ok~ and it was really crowded for a while because there was some celeb there or something... After dinner we went and rode the ferris wheel *wheel of fate*, the view was so nice! and we kept annoying people by screaming as we went down, it was a nice mix of relaxing and exciting ^^ we kept taking pics with cel's cam too~ ill post them here when she sends them ^^ " AHHH! *click* hahaha...aaaaaahhhhh!!!! *click* hahaah *click* ahhh! ....." Then we split up for a while, some of us went to the preview of the movie exodus while me, alana, ticky, cass and cel went to the swan ride... in line, cass and cel left leaving me ticky and alana. " SWAN THINGY, SWAN THINGY, SWAN THINGY....." we even had a matching dance for it! but while wating in line, they started the fireworks so we kept going back and forth from the line to watch it hahaha....... S.EXWAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was definitely the joke of the day! Dont think so maliciously! for those who dont know, SEX is the shortcut for Sinangag EXpress =P cuz we were planning to go there after EK so we were talking about it in the line for rio grande and the swan thingy: "Guys, SEX tayo mamaya..." "game! sama ako! " "Ako rin, ang sarap ng SEX." "Ang mura pa! 35 pesos lang ang SEX!" "Oh? eh di, 70 pesos lang, 2 SEX na!?!" "oo.." "wow, sige, SEX tayo!" WAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! grabe the faces of the people who heard us, their expressions were PRICELESS. There was this lady who was watching us and she must have been thinking, what a group of disgusting rotten teenagers.. and there was a kid whose eyes became so huge and was watching us like radar! =)) basta there were so many people like that :)) Anway, we didnt get to ride the swan thingy cuz we had to go na.. *aawww* but we really had a GREAT time! it was so freakin fun! |
