Finally!
at last i got the chance to blog! ive been either too busy or too tamad to blog lately... The 1st week of the 2nd quarter wasnt so bad... but kinda boring hehehe well , life is pretty much the same but alana STILL didnt buy internet so i cant YM yet... grr... maybe ill buy today if i get the chance to go out...
right now im listening to Jamie Cullum singing through the speakers... his songs remind me so vividly of December of last year... ooh! flashback!: We still lived in Tangier and listened to christmas carols and ate Go nuts donuts and hung out in our front garden.... Jamie's lyrics are so true~

I still remember the day we moved out... Weird... its almost been a year since we moved.. in 3 months~ Time is so fast...
Nostalgia....
since i dont have anything to say about the present, ill blog about the past:
1995: preschool days
: we came here to the phils, lived in Mahogany st and i was 3 and studied in St martin preschool where i studied with my cousin Paolo and where i met my good friend Alexis (we would even dance for the class in kinder... ^^) and later on her brother Alvin. the 4 of us (me, alexis, alvin and alana) played almost everyday in front of our house especially the giant jump rope where we played 'matira matibay' and 'selling selling' inside the house...
1998: Primary days
this is when we moved to guijo st. but still in the same village and i played alot with my cousins Paolo and Monique (martin was still a baby) and alexis and alvin. I studied in CSA and as everyone knows, in Grades 1 and 2, things with friends tend to be a bit... eventful. there was a time when i had no actual friends but i eventually settled down in gr. 2.... I remember there was even this stupid rumor that to be able to 'graduate' to gr2 to you had to eat paper! wahahahah!!! but then a new change of house led to another change of school...
2000: Intermediate to early high school
I moved to OBMCI where i still study now. I was 10 (i think) and we moved to tropical on tangier st. where i met my friends gianne and ace (they both went to the states), Aljoe(he moved out too), maxime (i still see her in school) and Buster, Mickey and Popo and Espi (they were our neighbors across the street). These were the days of 'Touchball' which we played with the Koosh ball and also the days of water balloons when we played army-like games wherein we wasted the water of the deserted house beside us. Eventually the water balloons became more... complex. We started filling them with laundry soap, shampoo and hand soap. WAHAHAHA!!! One time me and alexis were peacefully biking, minding our own business and long story short, we came home all wet. ^^ hahaha!! It ws also in this house that my beloved band, No Idea was formed.YAY!!! ^^
2004: Late of 1st year to present
and now im here.. in cittadella. alot of my classmates live here but i dont really see them... but since i dont have any friends here (besides classmates and people who dont live here) i spend alot of time indoors...*sigh* but the good part is our house is on the same street as the park where its nice and peaceful when its deserted and its walking distance from OB. ^^
ok, so this post was really long, and i dont know if anyone will actually read it but there it is~ not Jamie Cullum is singing "The Wind cries Mary" its a really cute song...
And now its raining as the music ends..... -_- back to life~ bye

YAY!!!! exams are finally over!!! ^^ i hope i pass... anyway, yesterday (friday)was so fun!!! after class, [about 1:00] we waited for nour's car to arrive [which took a lllllooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggggg time] so we changed and stuff.... We wouldve been complete if only MIERA [ who we now call panira] had gone, so now we're all planning on killing miera for not going...hehehe
ATC!!
When the car arrived, we [me, cristy, nour, nikki, minji p and minji b] got in and were on our way to town!! ^^
When we got there, we went to the food court to have lunch... we all had sizzling stuff~ when we finished eating and were quite full from the delicious lunch, we went to picture city to take pics (ill put the pics here when i scan them =) ) the pics turned out ok but last time's pic was better, yesterday minji p even closed her eyes in one of the pics so she officially hates that one ^^
Then, like anyone else would do on a gimmick, we hung out in timezone and played and played and played..... we especially enjoyed the freaky ghost shooting games cuz we kept screaming and freaking out hahahaha...
After a while of playing, some of us bought ice monster and i bought ice cream with the minjis~ mmmm.....
Later on, we picked up the pics and distributed them among ourselves, criticizing every picture. We concluded that they were all ok except for the one where minji closed her eyes (:P) then minji b. wanted to go to the store on the 1st floor where they sold those half-off korean made items so off we went down the escalator....

So we were there browsing through all the stuff and we all bought the same things [great minds truly think alike]: The page flags set (only P40!!!) and different colored metal rulers... i was looking for a nice ruler when suddenly a woman seemingly came out of nowhere and was giving me her card saying that she was from an advertising agency and that i had a future career in modeling, etc... i cant really remember exactly what she said but it was so cool and unexpected~ so i took the card and said ill ask my parents, blahblahblah.... ^^
And now, to get the gift....
After purchasing our stuff, we ended up 'shopping for keychains' [but i didnt buy one... ] in the hall where spoofs and gift factory are.... Then i found a good time to gather everyone (except minji p) so we could discuss how we were gonna buy her birthday gift without her finding out~ So cristina was the one who kept minji busy by taking her to a far away store while minji b was our lookout in case minji p came while me, nour and nikki were looking for a nice gift... we eventually settled for a nice watch and we all split the charge. And we hid it in minji b's bag before finding minji and cristy in Chapters and Pages. I dunno if minji p. knew but we'll find out on tuesday!
Time to go...
after a while of hanging out, it was time to go, minji p stayed in town and the rest of us rode with nour back to school where my mom picked me up~ =)
As for now...
*sigh...* now im here at home, bored to death... as usual everyone is alseep for their 'midday siesta'~ and my parents said were gonna check out this modeling thing =) hehehe cant wait... well thats about it, bye!

Exam week. X_x
well, its been a nice weekend but monday is here once again. -_- Our exams today were Food Tech, English and computer. I cant believe im saying this but it was actually ok. I think i passed ^^ it was actually easier than the long test. [I have come to the conclusion that people get low in longtests because its done by dictation and not printed on an exam paper, thus, making the student more nervous and anxious to complete the exam instead of taking their time and studying and better understanding the instructions and words carefully like in the QE.] But i got grilled in the part about Anne Frank, (I didnt read the book!) but as a whole it was ok! =)
Charlie and the Chocolate factory
This weekend me and Alana went to town to watch Charlie and The Chocolate Factory! It was so cute!! i love the oompa loompas and their songs heheheh ^^ they should make more movies like that, and after the movie, of course we went to the store and bought (what else?) CHOCOLATE!!!! hehehe and we hung out in powerbooks since we had no money and ate our chocolate and read for most of the time (We were eating and reading behind the very large stack of Harry Potter box sets.) hehehe...
A very strange night
It was in the middle of the night and as usual i was the only one still awake, eventually, just when i was falling asleep, suddenly: Alana, apparantly dreaming, was shaking me and trying to push me off the bed mumbling "That way, that way, that way....." It was really weird. But then she stopped and i thought she would get back to sleep but 2 mins later she did the same thing again!! it was REALLY funny, Alana was dying of laughter when i told her....
as for now...
now im typing this and eating kornik... hehehe... and Alana just came out of the bathroom and said "Ow." then she walked away... bye.

friday at last...
finally!! its been another long tiring week but its finally over! time to relax all weekend before the next week of QUARTERLY EXAMS.this week was long test#2 week. i regret to say that some were really hard T_T .....ill live, ill make up for it in the QEs ^^ i havent been able to post in a while because of studying in vain for the longtests....
Monday: Biology written
It was HARD. At this point, i must agree with pam, I HATE BIO!!
Tuesday had no long test... thank God....
Wednesday: Spanish,Filipino, Music
Wednesday was much better than monday!!! But after the Spanish LT i realized how stressed i am with school that i forgot everything else:
I answered the test with ease until i got to the NUMBERS, it was going fine until: " 9) 2,000" and i totally forgot what the Spanish word for 1000 was!! thus leaving me with 2 sorrowful blanks. The part that hurts is, 1000 is "MIL"!!!! how could i have forgotten1?!?! wondering why im agonizing? the word "mil" is one of the words that i used in "By The Door" when my character was bribing Alejandro (mikki):
"Ito, tanggapin mo, tatlong mil...." "At akala mo, nabibili ng pera ang pagibig!?!"
nnnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooooo.............
filipino was ok, no important events to talk about.... in music we sang our composed folk songs, mine was really stupid, it was based on when we went to red box for micah's party but i made it sound provincial.... ;)
Thursday: Math, Bio practical, english, food tech
*It was ssssssssoooooooooooooooooo HARD!!!!!only 10 out of 23 passed! The first part was easy [identify the parts of the microscope] and the 2nd wasnt so bad [explain the focusing parts, blahblahblah....] and the 3rd was the worst!!! we had to find this specimen in the microscope which was the skeleton thingy of a sponge within 1 minute. which was WHITE. which we had to find on a clear slide. with WHITE light. it wasnt easy... T_T i think i got 14/30. i needed one point to pass... if only i remembered to explain the other stuff....
Math, i have no words to describe the difficulty. T_T
english was fine, nothing interesting...
Another subj that i hate the most is food tech!! i guess i was never really meant to study the chemical composition of a potato...
Today
well, it was ok i guess, i overstudied for history but i passed! ^^ YAY! it was the subj i dreaded the most but i did ok!
well, there it is, long test week, now i can finally chill until sunday when i have to study again.... im so tired!!! and i need to buy internet, im not supposed to be using this internet line, heheheh....

Happiness....
Of course, the title does not mean that i am very happy... its just the title of the finale song of the play "youre a good man charlie brown" in which our friends mikki and miguel starred as Snoopy (mikki) and Schroeder (miguel). It was so funny!!!!! as what alana describes as "the 4 crazy girls", me, alana, cassie and pam were the noisiest people in the theater. (it was held in the la salle CPA theater) the memz there are so...wow. I miss it so much!!!!!!! It kinda makes me think of moving there...hhmmm.... well, we'll, see how it goes next year... :D
It was so cute!!! the 4 of us kept laughing especially during the ff:
*When our 'snoopy' friend sang 'suppertime'. Cane, hat, dog dish and all ^^
*During the scene of "home on the range" basta it was so funny!! wherein miguels whole "choir" left leaving only snoopy ^^
*When lucy concluded that she was a "super crab"
and all the other extremely cute stuff... basta us 4 crazy girls have come to this conclusion:
That the play we watched today in the DLSZ theater, "You're a good man, Charlie Brown" is the cutest play we have seen so far.
heheheheh..... Congrats guys! it was a really nice play :D
Anyway, i am also depressed right now because seeing the play and that place again made me remember what its was like to perform there, in a ,real play, not like our play this summer (sorry trumpets guys but you gotta admit, that wasnt a real play, it was more of a recital...) so now im all sad comparing what my life used to be to life now,
Before: carefree in gradeschool, happy, practice for extra-currics everyday (la salle, etc....)
Now: Stressed with high school, usually tired and depressed, stuck in the GREY campus of obmci sulking over the tons of homework.
Which one would you pick? the answer is obvious...
anyway, i still find it so UNFAIR that we get dismissed at 5:00 everyday, adn since i have choir prac after that, i usually go home at 6 giving me less time to do my stupid homework. argh...

A series of unfortunate events
Today really really sucked. Im even thinking that evil was playing tricks on me since ive been getting the number 6 all day. 6 in the drill sheet, 6 in the quiz and i arrived in school late by about 6 minutes. 666. freaky.
But thats not what im going to talk about. Im going to type about the INJUSTICE of this STUPID DAY!!!!
A) I was late for class but it wasnt my fault! i was waiting for the car to find out that it wouldnt come so i had to wait for my dad which as why i was late, but of course, certain people who evidently say what they think, not the EXACT facts. I would know what time i got there since i was the one who was late in the first place! But of course, just my horrible luck, they exaggerated and they believed them T_T
B) Next in history, i recieved 2 of the 3 unlucky sixes, in the stupid history quiz and drill sheet. dammit. it went like this:
gr.... its so ANNOYING!!!! its not fair T_T it was so embarrassing!!!! waaaaahhhhh and i had to go through that TWICE!!! T_T
C) We had some discussion that we have year after year after yar after year.... with ambassador soliven in this *ahem* eventful and interesting...err... discussion, i managed to once again get myself entangled in yet another sticky and unjustly dealt with situation. before ms soliven came in, we made this stupid story thing (kinda like one word story except more like one sentence story) until she came in and we stopped and payed attention. And so another unfortunate event, Someone asked me a question and as i was answering, our beloved teacher saw us and confiscated the story. Thus leading to an entire drama session of the possible things that could happen... i will further discuss this later in this post....
Now, five things i hate about teachers (anyone who is a normal student will find this amazingly true):
1) They dont believe you when you give your lame but true excuse that a. you did your homework but left it at home b. that you really WERE listening to the speaker and NOT chattering and giggling over some stupid story c. That its not your fault you were late for school
2) They tend to forget about what its like to be a student thats being forced to listen to a boring lecture for hours without making a few doodles on the back of their notebook
3) they have the power to confiscate. So far, they have been given the power to confiscate cellphones (which they should just let us bring since they get mad when we use the school phone), garters for "10-20" (which is a perfectly ok game until they gave the stupid excuse that "there is no space in this classroom for you to be playing"), and even PAPER. Ugh. its so annoying. :P
4) They tend to be a.masungit b.mataray c.hard to understand d.just plain evil.
5) everything to them must be PERFECT. one minute uot of submission time= 0 :P
but of course, not ALL teachers are like that, some are better :D
hehehehe, well, thats about it, the summary of my horrible day in school.... T_T
